Flight-critical parts, machined right the first time.
5-axis machining for airframe and propulsion components — held to tolerance, CMM-verified on every critical feature, and shipped with the cert trail your incoming inspection signs off first time.
Free DFM review on every quote — your part priced by an engineer, not an auto-quote. NDA on request.

- Tolerances to ±0.005 mm
- CMM-verified
- Full traceability
We machine for tier-1 aerospace OEMs and some of India's most demanding aerospace programs — the programs that audit a supplier hard before they place a single part.
Aerospace parts we machine

Brackets, fittings, lugs & mounts
Airframe and engine-accessory brackets, lugs, clevises and mounts — deep pockets, thin walls and true-position bolt patterns in 7075 aluminium and Ti-6Al-4V.

Bearing housings & saddle blocks
Split and solid bearing housings, saddle blocks and bushing carriers — bore concentricity and bolt-pattern true-position held tight.

Housings & enclosures
Avionics, radar and sensor housings and enclosures — mating faces and bearing bores held to fit, in aluminium and stainless.

Manifolds & valve bodies
Hydraulic, fuel and pneumatic manifolds and valve bodies — cross-drilled ports and sealing faces, bores to ±0.005 mm.

Fittings & rotating components
Flanged fittings, bosses and rotating components — turned and milled in one flow, with concentricity and sealing-face finish.

Drone, UAV & space-tech
Weight-critical structural frames, motor and gimbal mounts and payload brackets in 6061/7075 aluminium and titanium.
Build-to-print to your drawing and specification — first articles for qualification, then production on the same floor, under the same process control.
Built for the parts that genuinely need five axes.
Aerospace parts fail on the details — and the hard ones carry those details on five faces at once. Here's one, and how we hold it.

- Five faces, one setup
- Bores and bosses on multiple faces at compound angles — unreachable in a 3-axis setup. We index the part on the 5-axis trunnion and cut them true to each other in one setup, with no re-fixturing stack-up.
- Titanium fights the tool
- Heat goes into the edge, not the chip. Titanium-specific toolpaths and high-pressure coolant keep the cut stable and the metallurgy intact.
- Thin walls distort
- We fixture for support, not crush — rough with stock for residual stress to settle, then finish light.
- Proven, not assumed
- Every critical feature CMM-verified, first-article (FAI) before production, heat-lot traceable, under AS9100D · ISO 9001.
Representative of the work we take on — not a named customer part. Share a real one under NDA and we'll show you exactly how we'd hold it.
Control of the whole stack — so your part is certain.
Most shops buy their machines and wait on a vendor when something has to change. We design, build and operate ours — Nimbus (5-axis) and Aura (3-axis). So your tight-tolerance aerospace part doesn’t sit in another supplier’s queue, a fixturing or kinematic issue gets solved in days instead of vendor lead-times, and the people who can change the machine sit on the same floor as your part.
- Our own fleet · 3 shifts
- capacity from first article to production, on one floor
- In-house IP
- toolpath, fixturing & kinematics ours — fixes in days, not vendor weeks

Your supplier-quality checklist — answered before you ask.
Everything your supplier-quality team flags before placing a part — here's where we already stand.

Certified and audit-ready, with full process control.
First-article inspection (AS9102 FAIR)
On qualification, before any production release.
Material traceability
Heat-lot mill certs (EN 10204 3.1), raw stock to shipped part.
Certificate of Conformance, every shipment
With material certificate and inspection report.
Tolerance & inspection
To ±0.005 mm; 100% CMM on critical features + optical metrology.
Qualified materials
Ti-6Al-4V, Inconel, aero aluminium, stainless and steel to 65 HRC.
FOD & revision control
Clean handling, pre-ship FOD check; we machine only the released rev.
Counterfeit-material control
Raw stock from authorised sources only, fully documented.
Special processes — heat-treat, NDT, anodise, plating, passivation
Through NADCAP-accredited partners, fully traceable.
Confidentiality
NDA on request; drawings reviewed in confidence.
Build-to-print to your drawing and specification — first article to production, on one floor in Bengaluru.
Aerospace aluminium (6061, 7075) for lightweight structure · Ti-6Al-4V ELI for strength-to-weight · Inconel for heat and corrosion resistance · 316L and engineering steels where the part demands it. All machined to aerospace tolerances and CMM-verified before they ship.
From 3-axis prototypes to complex 5-axis production, we machine to aerospace tolerances — as low as ±0.005 mm — on our own platforms. DFM review by our engineering team first, then cut, probed on-machine and CMM-verified before anything ships. One floor in Bengaluru, one team accountable from drawing to crate.
How it works
Send your drawings
Upload a STEP or IGES model and a 2D drawing. Tell us material, quantity and any regime. Confidential — NDA on request.
DFM review
Our engineering team reviews manufacturability and flags risk before you commit. No portal, no auto-quoter.
A real quote
A fixed price with the materials, finishing and inspection plan attached — and a real lead time.
We cut it in-house
Machined on our own 3- and 5-axis platforms, probed on-machine, under one process control.
Inspect & ship
First-article and CMM verification, full traceability, shipped with material cert, CoC and inspection report.
Questions, answered.
Tolerances, materials, documentation, lead time — the questions a buyer asks before placing a part with us. Don’t see yours?
We hold tolerances as low as ±0.005 mm and CMM-verify every critical feature. We confirm the achievable tolerance per part on the quote — never an auto-quote.
Yes — we run an AS9100D and ISO 9001 quality system, with first-article inspection and full traceability from raw stock to shipped part. NDA on request.
Aerospace aluminium (6061, 7075), Ti-6Al-4V ELI, Inconel and engineering steels — machined in-house, with the material certificate to match.
Those special processes run through NADCAP-accredited partners, fully traceable — so the part comes back with the process certs your file needs. Machining, inspection and assembly stay in-house.
Both, on the same floor under the same process control — first articles for qualification, then production volumes, run after run.
A STEP or IGES model and a 2D drawing (PDF), with material and quantity. Your files are confidential — NDA on request.
A material certificate, certificate of conformance and inspection report with every shipment — so the parts clear your incoming inspection without a back-and-forth.
